أكد رئيس الحكومة عزيز أخنوش، اليوم الثلاثاء بالرباط، انخراط الحكومة في دعم الفلاحين ومربي الماشية خلال هذه السنة التي تعد سنة غير اعتيادية من حيث مقاييس الأمطار المنخفضة.
وأوضح رئيس الحكومة، في تصريح للصحافة، عقب التوقيع على الاتفاقية الإطار بين الحكومة ومهنيي قطاع الفلاحة، المتعلقة بالبرنامج الاستباقي للحد من تأثير نقص التساقطات المطرية والظرفية العالمية على النشاط الفلاحي، أن الحكومة أعدت، تنفيذا للتعليمات الملكية السامية بخصوص تفعيل الإجراءات الضرورية لمواجهة آثار قلة التساقطات على القطاع الفلاحي، برنامجا استعجاليا يهدف إلى التخفيف من آثار تأخر التساقطات المطرية ومن انعكاساتها على القطاع الفلاحي.
وأبرز أن الأمر يتعلق بغلاف مالي يقدر ب 10 ملايير درهم، سيخصص في إطار هذا البرنامج الطموح، الذي سيتم تنزيله من خلال التوقيع على الاتفاقية الإطار بين الحكومة ومهنيي القطاع الفلاحي.
وأوضح، في هذا السياق، أنه سيتم تخصيص 5 ملايير درهم للمنتوجات الحيوانية من خلال دعم الأعلاف واللحوم البيضاء والحمراء والحليب، فيما ستخصص 4 ملايير درهم لدعم المنتجات الزراعية من أجل تحسين أثمنة البذور والأسمدة، إضافة إلى رصد مليار درهم لبنك القرض الفلاحي من أجل مواكبة الاستثمارات في القطاع، ولتعزيز القدرة المالية للبنك من أجل دعم الفلاحين.
