ترأس رئيس الحكومة، عزيز أخنوش، اليوم الإثنين بالرباط، اجتماعا للجنة الاستراتيجية للحماية الاجتماعية، خصص لاستعراض حصيلة مختلف البرامج المنجزة، والإجراءات العملية لتعميم نظام الحماية الاجتماعية، في احترام تام للأجندة التي حددها جلالة الملك محمد السادس.
وذكر بلاغ لرئاسة الحكومة أنه جرى خلال الاجتماع، تتبع الأجرأة الفعلية لتعميم التغطية الصحية على أرض الواقع، سواء التغطية الصحية الإجبارية، أو AMO تضامن، ومدى تقدم تنزيل السجل الوطني للسكان والسجل الاجتماعي الموحد المبرمجين خلال سنة 2023، باعتبارهما آليتين لإصلاح وتجميع أنظمة المساعدة الاجتماعية ، والإجراءات العملية لتعميم نظام المساعدة الاجتماعية خلال سنة 2024، في أفق تنفيذ إصلاح نظام فقدان الشغل سنة 2025.
وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أن أخنوش، وبعدما استحضر التعليمات الملكية السامية في هذا الشأن، دعا الإدارات المعنية إلى حث المواطنين على الانخراط في نظام التغطية الاجبارية، باعتباره نظاما تعاضديا بالنسبة للعمال غير الأجراء، وتضامنيا بالنسبة للأشخاص غير القادرين على أداء واجبات الاشتراك.
كما حث رئيس الحكومة الإدارات المعنية على تشجيع المواطنين لتسجيل أسرهم في لوائح السجل الاجتماعي الموحد، لما لذلك من ارتباط وثيق بالاستفادة قبل نهاية سنة 2023 من عدد من الخدمات الاجتماعية وعلى رأسها التعويضات العائلية.
حضر الاجتماع كل من وزير الداخلية، عبد الوافي لفتيت، والأمين العام للحكومة، محمد حجوي، والوزير المنتدب لدى وزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية المكلف بالميزانية، فوزي لقجع، والمدير العام للصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي، حسن بوبريك، والكتاب العامون لرئاسة الحكومة، ووزارة الداخلية، والمندوبية السامية للتخطيط.
