أصدر الرئيس التشادي محمد إدريس ديبي، أمس السبت، عفوا رئاسيا عن 380 متمردا من جبهة التغيير والوفاق في تشاد، كان قد أدينوا الثلاثاء الماضي بالسجن مدى الحياة لتورطهم في قتل الرئيس السابق إدريس ديبي إتنو.
وأعلن مكتب الرئيس، محمد إدريس ديبي إتنو، في بيان، أن “الرئيس التشادي محمد إدريس ديبي أصدر مرسوما يعفو بموجبه عن 380 عضوا من جبهة التغيير والوفاق في تشاد، المحكوم عليهم بالسجن مدى الحياة بتهمة المساس بسلامة الدولة “.
ولم يشمل العفو الرئاسي محمد مهدي علي، رئيس جبهة التغيير والوفاق، و55 عضوا آخرين في المنظمة،تمت إدانتهم غيابيا بالسجن مدى الحياة.
وكان القضاء التشادي قد أدان مطلع هذا الأسبوع أكثر من 400 متمرد بالسجن مدى الحياة في تشاد، بعد إدانتهم خصوصا بتهمة “النيل من حياة” الرئيس السابق الذي قضى على جبهة القتال في العام 2021 خلال هجوم للمتمردين.
