بمناسبة الاحتفال باليوم العالمي للوقاية المدنية الذي يصادف فاتح مارس من كل سنة، ترأس صباح، الأربعاء 01 مارس 2023، عبد السلام بيكرات والي جهة العيون الساقية الحمراء بساحة المشور، الحفل الرسمي لتخليد اليوم العالمي للوقاية المدنية.

وقد حضر هذا الحفل المميز كل من محمد صالح دادة نائب رئيس جماعة العيون، و عبد القادر بوزيدي، الكومندار والقائد الجهوي بالنيابة للوقاية المدنية و لعربي المغاري الكاتب العام لولاية جهة العيون الساقية الحمراء و هشام بومهراز باشا المدينة و مولود علوات رئيس المجلس الاقليمي للعيون وحسن أبو الذهب والي امن العيون إلى جانب ممثلي السلطات المحلية والعسكرية بالاضافة إلى السادة بالمنتخبين و رؤساء المصالح الخارجية و رجالات والاعلام الصحافة.

ويشكل اليوم العالمي للوقاية المدنية، مناسبة للوقوف على الانجازات والمهام التي يقوم بها جهاز الوقاية المدنية في نشر ثقافة الوقاية والتوعية، والتحسيس بالدور الفعال الذي يضطلع به رجل الإطفاء في مواجهة الكوارث الطبيعية والحالات الطارئة، في سبيل إنقاذ الأرواح البشرية وضمان سلامة المواطنين.
