جرى إطلاق إحتفالية اليوبيل الفضي لوكالة بيت مال القدس الشريف بالمركز الدولي للمؤتمرات محمد السادس بالصخيرات، تحت شعار “انطلاقة جديدة لترسيخ مكانة القدس ومركزها الديني والحضاري”.
وقد حضر هذه التظاهرة الاحتفالية على الخصوص، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، رئيس لجنة الوصاية لوكالة بيت مال القدس الشريف ناصر بوريطة، إلى جانب سفراء ودبلوماسيين بعدة دول وشخصيات رفيعة المستوى.
وبهذه المناسبة، قال محمد سالم الشرقاوي، المدير المكلف بتسيير وكالة بيت مال القدس الشريف، في كلمة له إن اليوم هو مناسبة للإحتفال بمرور 25 عاما على هيكلة وكالة بيت مال القدس الشريف التي بدأت عملها بشكل فعلي عام 1998، معتبرا أن اللقاء هو كذلك فرصة مهمة لاستحضار ذكرى جلالة المغفور له الملك الحسن الثاني، والملك حسين بن طلال، ملك المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، صاحبة الوصاية على القدس والمقدسات، إلى جانب الرئيس ياسر عرفات.
