أفادت المندوبية السامية للتخطيط بأن نتائج الحسابات الوطنية أظهرت أن النمو الاقتصادي الوطني سجل تباطؤا ملحوظا ببلوغه 1,6 في المائة خلال الفصل الثالث من سنة 2022 عوض 8,7 في المائة خلال نفس الفصل من السنة الماضية.
وأوضحت المندوبية في مذكرة إخبارية حول الوضعية الاقتصادية للمغرب خلال الفصل الثالث من سنة 2022، أن الأنشطة غير الفلاحية سجلت ارتفاعا بنسبة 3,6 في المائة بينما عرفت الأنشطة الفلاحية انخفاضا بنسبة 15,1 في المائة.
وأشارت المندوبية إلى أن الطلب الداخلي شكـل قاطرة للنمو الاقتصادي في سياق اتسم بارتفاع التضخم وتفاقم الحاجة لتمويل الاقتصاد الوطني.
وانكمشت القيمة المضافة للقطاع الأولي بالحجم، مصححة من التغيرات الموسمية، بنسبة 16,2 في المائة في الفصل الثالث من سنة 2022 بعد ارتفاع قدره 14,3 في المائة خلال نفس الفصل من السنة الماضية.
وأكد المصدر ذاته أن هذا الانخفاض يعزى إلى التراجع الحاد للقيم المضافة لكل من أنشطة القطاع الفلاحي بنسبة 15,1 في المائة عوض ارتفاع بنسبة 16,6 في المائة وأنشطة الصيد البحري بنسبة 33,2 في المائة عوض انخفاض بنسبة 20,1 في المائة.
بدورها، عرفت القيمة المضافة للقطاع الثانوي تراجعا حادا منتقلة من 5,1 في المائة خلال نفس الفصل من السنة الماضية إلى 0,4 في المائة.
وأضافت المندوبية أن هذا التطور يعد نتيجة لانخفاض القيم المضافة للصناعات الاستخراجية بنسبة 10,4 في المائة عوض ارتفاع بنسبة 2,8 في المائة، والبناء والأشغال العمومية بنسبة 2,5 في المائة عوض ارتفاع بنسبة 14,2 في المائة، والكهرباء والغاز والماء، شبكات التطهير ومعالجة النفايات بنسبة 0,1 في المائة عوض ارتفاع بنسبة 3,8 في المائة وإلى ارتفاع أنشطة الصناعات التحويلية بنسبة 2,8 في المائة عوض 2,5 في المائة.
وعرفت القيمة المضافة للقطاع الثالثي، من جهتها، تراجعا في معدل نموها منتقلة من 8,9 في المائة خلال نفس الفصل من السنة الماضية إلى 5,7 في المائة.
كما تميزت بتراجع أنشطة الفنادق والمطاعم إلى 50,1 في المائة عوض 72,5 في المائة والنقل و التخزين إلى 5,5 في المائة عوض 33,8 في المائة وخدمات التعليم، الصحة والعمل الاجتماعي إلى 3,1 في المائة عوض 3,2 في المائة والبحث والتطوير والخدمات المقدمة للمقاولات إلى 2,6 في المائة عوض 10,7 في المائة والتجارة وإصلاح المركبات إلى 1,4 في المائة عوض 7,6 في المائة والخدمات العقارية إلى 1 في المائة عوض 3,2 في المائة.
وأضافت المذكرة أن هذا التطور نتج عن ارتفاع الأنشطة المالية والتأمينات بنسبة 6,5 في المائة عوض 5,5 في المائة والخدمات المقدمة من طرف الإدارات العمومية والضمان الاجتماعي بنسبة 4,5 في المائة عوض 4 في المائة والإعلام والاتصال بنسبة 1,4 في المائة عوض 0,4 في المائة.
