شكل تدبير المناطق البحرية والساحلية في شمال وغرب إفريقيا (MarCNoWA) محور نقاش، يوم الثلاثاء، في إطار ورشة عمل دولية لمشروع “MarCNoWA” وبرنامج الاتحاد الافريقي -الاتحاد الأوروبي ، التي نظمتها جامعة شعيب الدكالي بمشاركة 156 شريكا يمثلون 47 دولة أفريقية.
وفي هذا السياق، أبرز الأستاذ محمد صحابي، نائب رئيس جامعة شعيب الدكالي أن هذه الورشة تهدف إلى المساهمة في استراتيجيات تعزيز التطبيقات المتعلقة ببيانات مراقبة الأرض (OT)، من أجل التنمية المستدامة للموارد البحرية والساحلية في القارة، وتقوية القدرات البشرية الحالية بالمهارات ذات الصلة ، وبالتالي تلبية انتظارات هذا المشروع البارز، المخصص للبحث والتطوير على المستوى الإقليمي والإفريقي.
وهم النقاش عدة محاور، منها على الخصوص، الإطار السياسي والمؤسساتي، والوصول إلى بيانات وخدمات مراقبة الأرض ، وتقوية القدرات، بالإضافة إلى التحسيس، والاستيعاب ونشر البيانات.
