حلت بعثة المنتخب الوطني المغربي لكرة القدم، مساء أمس الأحد بمطار حمد الدولي بالدوحة ، للمشاركة في نهائيات النسخة ال22 لكأس العالم التي تستضيفها قطر بين 20 نونبر الجاري و18 دجنبر المقبل.
وكان في استقبال بعثة المنتخب الوطني سفير المملكة المغربية بالدوحة، محمد ستري واعضاء من السفارة المغربية ، فيما جج حشد غفير من أفراد الجالية المغربية المقيمة بقطر الى مقر إقامة المنتخب الوطني بمنطقة الخليج الغربي لتشجيع “أسود أطلس” والتعبير عن مؤازرتهم لهم في هذه التظاهرة الكروية العالمية.
وضمت بعثة المنتخب الوطني 7 لاعبين، هم أحمد رضا التكناوتي، يحيى عطية الله، يحيى جبران، منير المحمدي الكجوي، سليم أملاح، جواد ياميق، وعز الدين أوناحي، على أن ينضم إليهم باقي اللاعبين الذين وجهت لهم الدعوة تباعا بقطر، لالتزاماتهم مع فرقهم.
ورافق بعثة المنتخب الوطني عبد المالك ابرون عضو المكتب المديري للجامعة نيابة عن فوزي لقجع رئيس الجامعة الملكية المغربية لكرة القدم ، رئيس البعثة.
وستتوجه النخبة المغربية إلى الامارات لإجراء مقابلة ودية يوم 17 نونبر بالشارقة ضد منتخب جورجيا ثم تعود بعد ذلك الى الدوحة لاستكمال التحضيرات للمواجهات الرسمية .
وكانت قرعة نهائيات كأس العالم قطر 2022 قد وضعت المنتخب الوطني في المجموعة السادسة إلى جانب منتخبات كرواتيا وبلجيكا وكندا.
