على إثر تعدد السرقات الخاصة بأجزاء السيارات خاصة نوع ” ميتسوبيشي بيكوب ” بقرية با محمد، تجندت الفرقة المحلية للشرطة القضائية التابعة لمفوضية الشرطة لقرية با محمد لتعميق الأبحاث وجمع المعلومات واستغلال كاميرات المراقبة.
و تكللت العملية من تشخيص هوية مقترفيها الذين اختفوا عن الأنظار بعد تضييق الخناق عليهم.
وبعد التوصل بمعلومات تفيد انتقالهم الى مدينة جرف الملحة ، تم التنسيق مع الشرطة القضائية المحلية بهذه الأخيرة وكذا عناصر المركز الترابي المحلي ، فتم إيقافهم على متن سيارة وهم متلبسون بحيازة أجزاء من السيارات المسروقة ، حيث تم نقلهم إلى مفوضية الشرطة وحجز المركبة و الاجزاء المسروقة.
وبعد إشعار النيابة العامة المختصة لدى محكمة الاستئناف بفاس أمرت بوضع المشتبه فيهم تحت تدابير الحراسة النظريةلاستكمال إجراءات البحث وتقديمهم إلى العدالة ، بعد إشعارهم بكافة حقوقهم القانونية.
