تمكنت عناصر الشرطة بالمنطقة الإقليمية للأمن بمدينة الناظور بتنسيق وثيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، صباح اليوم الأربعاء 26 أكتوبر الجاري، من تفكيك شبكة إجرامية منظمة تنشط في الاتجار بالبشر وتنظيم الهجرة غير الشرعية على مستوى المناطق الشمالية للمملكة.
وقد باشرت المصالح الأمنية في هذه القضية مجموعة من التدخلات الأمنية المتزامنة بكل من مدينة الناظور ومناطقها المدارية، خصوصا مراكز الزغانغن وبني شيكر وبني بوغافر وبوعرك وسلوان، وأسفرت عن توقيف ثلاثة وعشرين (23) شخصا، من بينهم مواطنون مغاربة وأربعة أشخاص ينحدرون من دول إفريقيا جنوب الصحراء، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطهم في الوساطة في جلب المرشحين وتنظيم عمليات الهجرة غير الشرعية عبر المسالك البحرية، فضلا عن توفير المعدات والوسائل اللوجستيكية المستعملة في تنفيذ هذه الأنشطة الإجرامية.
وقد مكنت عمليات التفتيش وإجراءات الحجز التي باشرتها عناصر الشرطة القضائية خلال هذه التدخلات الأمنية المركزة من حجز وسائل لوجيستيكية مهمة، تتمثل في 125 محركا بحريا، وثمانية زوارق مطاطية، ومجموعة كبيرة من معدات الملاحة البحرية عبارة عن أجهزة تحديد المواقع GPS، وسترات للنجاة وأجهزة توجيه وقياس للسرعة وحاويات للبنزين، فضلا عن حجز 66 صفيحة من مخدر الشيرا ودراجتين مائيتين وقاربين ترفيهيين وعشر سيارات تحمل بعضها لوحات ترقيم مزورة، والتي يشتبه في تسخيرها في هذه الأنشطة الإجرامية.
ومواصلة لعمليات البحث والتحري، تمكنت عناصر الشرطة من تفكيك ورشة لتصنيع القوارب المطاطية المستعملة في عمليات تهريب البشر وتهجير الأشخاص بمنطقة سلوان، حيث تم العثور داخلها على معدات لخياطة ولصق مستلزمات هذه القوارب، علاوة على كميات مهمة من المواد الأولية البلاستيكية الموجهة لغرض صناعة القوارب المطاطية.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيهم جميعا تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع المتورطين في هذه الشبكة الإجرامية، وكذا رصد امتداداتها وارتباطاتها المحتملة سواء داخل المغرب أو خارجه.
ويأتي تفكيك هذه الشبكة الإجرامية التي لها امتدادات في عدة مناطق ومدن، في إطار الجهود المكثفة والمتواصلة التي تبذلها مصالح المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني والمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني بهدف مكافحة شبكات الهجرة غير الشرعية والاتجار بالبشر.
