أجرى رئيس مجلس النواب راشيد الطالبي العلمي، أمس الاثنين 10 أكتوبر 2022 بمقر المجلس، مباحثات مع رئيسة مجلس النواب الإسباني Meritxell Batet Lamaña وذلك بمناسبة مشاركتها في اجتماع المكتب والمكتب الموسع للجمعية البرلمانية للاتحاد من أجل المتوسط الذي احتضنه مجلس النواب.
وبالمناسبة، ثمن الجانبان النتائج الإيجابية التي أثمرها الاجتماع، والذي عرف مشاركة البرلمان الأوروبي ومجلس النواب الإسباني ومجلس النواب المصري والبرلمان التركي والبرتغالي والإيطالي فضلا عن البرلمان المغربي.
وأعربا عن الإرادة القوية لإعطاء مزيد من الدينامية لأشغال الجمعية البرلمانية للاتحاد من أجل المتوسط باعتبارها فضاء للحوار والتشاور البرلماني حول القضايا والتحديات التي تعرفها منطقة المتوسط.
وعلى الصعيد الثنائي، أشاد كل من رئيس مجلس النواب و رئيسة مجلس النواب الإسباني بجودة العلاقات بين المؤسستين التشريعيتين بالبلدين وأكدا على أهمية الديبلوماسية البرلمانية في توطيد أواصر التقارب والتعاون، كما ثمنا دور المنتدى البرلماني المغربي -الإسباني في مد جسور التواصل والحوار والتشاور بين المؤسستين التشريعيتين.
