صادقت غرفة التجارة والصناعة والخدمات لجهة فاس مكناس، اليوم الأربعاء بتازة، على مشروع اتفاقية شراكة لتمويل وتهيئة المنطقة الصناعية عين بيضا بعمالة فاس، وذلك خلال الجمع العام العادي للغرفة برسم الدورة الثانية لسنة 2022.
وتهدف هذه الاتفاقية، على الخصوص، إلى تحديد شروط التمويل لإنجاز وتثمين المنطقة الصناعية الواقعة بجماعة عين بيضا بعمالة فاس.
ويتكون المشروع من منطقة مخصصة لترحيل وحدات عصر الزيتون في إطار البرنامج الأولي للحد من التلوث بواد سبو (20 هكتار)، ومنطقة التجارة بالجملة (10 هكتارات)، ومنطقة الأنشطة الاقتصادية (10 هكتارات)، ومنطقة مخصصة لترحيل مستودعات تخزين الغاز (10 هكتارات)، وكذا منطقة للصناعات المختلفة (30 هكتارا).
وتتعلق تهيئة المنطقة الصناعية بإنجاز البنية التحتية الداخلية والخارجية من الشبكة الطرقية وشبكة التطهير والإمداد بالماء الصالح للشرب والكهرباء والإنارة العمومية والاتصالات.
وتميز الجمع العام للغرفة الذي ترأس أشغاله النائب الأول للرئيس، العراقي الحسيني المهدي، أيضا، بالمصادقة بالإجماع، على مجموعة من اتفاقيات الشراكة همت الشراكة مع غرفة الصناعة التقليدية لجهة فاس مكناس من أجل استغلال فضاءات وقاعات العروض بالجهة، وشراكة مع الشبكة الإفريقية للتنمية المستدامة تهدف إلى إنشاء ديناميكية للتعاون الهادف فيما يتعلق بالتنمية المستدامة داخل الجهة.
وتميز الجمع العام أيضا بالمصادقة ملحق الاتفاقية الثلاثية لإنجاز مشروع فضاء العرض الدولي لفاس، وملحق اتفاقية الشراكة المتعلقة بإحداث صندوق جهوي لدعم المشاريع الاستثمارية الصناعية بجهة فاس مكناس.
