عزيز برحيلة رئيس جمعية بائعي الكتب المستعملة بمكناس ذكر بان الإطار الجمعوي الذي برايه قام لمراسلة المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية وكذا عمالة مكناس قصد الاستفادة من وعاء عقاري لتشيبد السوق الثقافي المركزي دون التوصل باجابة.
برحيلة نقل في تصريح له على منبر الوطنية بريس معانات هذه الفئة، خاصة ما تعلق بعدم تواجد مكان مناسب يحتوي البائعين ويحميهم من أشعة الشمس الحارقة وامطار الشتاء.
وفي تصريحات متفرقة لعدد من بائعي الكتب المستعملة شددو على أهمية دعم هذه الفئة والقيام بالتفاتة اليهم كونهم يساهمون في نشر الثقافة في المجتمع عامة والعامة الإسماعيلية بشكل خاص.
المصريون اكدو بأن نشاطهم تكتنفه عدد من الاكراهات منها ماهو مرتبط بالمادي كالاقبال الضئيل على شراء الكتب من قبل الزبناء اعتبارا من ان غالبتهم يفضل الكتب الجديدة خاصة حين الحديث عن الكتب المدرسية والتي تتغير كل سنة.
اما عن الاكراهات المعنوية بائعي الكتب المستعملة فتتمثل في تراجع قيمة الكتاب المستعمل نظرا لعدم حصوله على الاهتمام المطلوب من قبل المسؤولين بشكل خاص وزارة الثقافة.
