يقع على رأس أسماء رجال السلطة الوافدين على مدينة مكناس في اطار الحركة الانتقالية التي شهدتها وزارة الداخلية، سعيد بشيشي الذي عين رئيسا لقسم الشؤون
الداخلية بعمالة مكناس.
سعيد بشيشي هو من مواليد 1975 باشتوكة ايت بها، حاصل على دبلوم الدراسات العليا المعمقة في التواصل.
خريج المعهد الملكي للادارة الترابية فوج45،شغل في السابق منصب قائد رئيس الملحقة الادارية الاولى باقليم بوجدور سنة2007، قائد الملحقة الادارية الثانية ثم الرابعة بمدينة تارودانت سنتي 2012 و 2013، ثم قائد الملحقة الادارية ب اولاد برحيل سنة 2015. رئيس قسم الشؤون الداخلية بعمالة خريبكة2016.
الرجل اطار راكم تجربة كبيرة في التدبير الإداري بكل من عمالة إقليم بوجدور، والدائرتين الاولى والرابعة بتارودانت ومن شان تعيينه بعمالة مكناس
ضخ دماء جديدة في شرايين الإدارة الترابية بما ينفع الصالح العام للمواطنين وتشجيع التنمية المحلية والحفاظ على الأمن والاستقرار .
سعيد بشيشي تنطبق عليه مقولة “خير خلف لخير سلف” ،ذلك ان تعينه بمنصب رئيس قسم الشؤون الداخلية بمكناس هو تعويض لفراغ تركه مصطفى الشبلي المنتقل لشغل المنصب ذاته بعمالة اكادير.
وبما ان بشيشي سيواصل العمل المهني والجاد الذي بدأه سلفه،فان ساكنة العاصمة الاسماعلية ستكون هي المستفيدة الاكبر من هذه الاطر التي لا تدخر جهدا للمساهمة في نهضة الوطن .
