التقى وزير الصحة والحماية الإجتماعية، خالد آيت الطالب، أمس الثلاثاء بالرباط ، مع كل من التجمع النقابي الوطني للأطباء الأخصائيين بالقطاع الخاص، والنقابة الوطنية للطب العام بالمغرب.
وأوضح آيت الطالب، في تصريح صحافي عقب هذا اللقاء، أن اجتماع اليوم يأتي في إطار مواصلة جولات التواصل والحوار مع القطاع الخاص، مشيرا إلى أن الهيئتين النقابيتين تمتلكان نفس التوجه الذي يهدف إلى إنجاح مشروع القانون الإطار المتعلق بالمنظومة الصحية الوطنية الذي تمت المصادقة عليه خلال المجلس الوزاري المنعقد يوم الأربعاء 13 يوليوز 2022، برئاسة صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس.
وأضاف أن الوزارة استمعت إلى الإكراهات والتحديات التي تواجه القطاع، مضيفا أن كل مكونات القطاع الصحي تنسق من أجل تنزيل المشروع الإصلاحي والقطع مع بعض الممارسات لما فيه صالح المواطن المغربي من أجل خلق ثورة في المنظومة الصحية.
وأبرز الوزير أن التعاون بين القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص سيكون في إطار من التكامل من أجل النهوض بالقطاع الصحي وليس في إطار التنافسية ، لافتا إلى أن القطاع يعرف نقصا في الموارد البشرية و”هذا يتطلب تضافر الجهود بين الوزارة وباقي الفاعلين في القطاع الصحي”.
ويأتي اللقاء في إطار جولة جديدة من الحوار الاجتماعي، من أجل إنجاح تنزيل الورش الملكي المتعلق بإصلاح المنظومة الصحية في المملكة.
