ذكرت وزارة الاقتصاد والمالية أنه تمت برمجة اعتمادات مالية اجمالية بنحو 16.02 مليار درهم في طار مشروع قانون المالية لسنة 2022 لدعم أسعار غاز البوتان والمواد الغذائية، أي بزيادة قدرها 28 في المئة.
وأشارت الوزارة، في التقرير الخاص بالمقاصة المرافق لمشروع قانون المالية 2022 ، إلى أن “هذا المشروع خصص اعتمادات مالية اجمالية بنحو 16.02 مليار درهم بهدف دعم أسعار غاز البوتان والمواد الغذائية (السكر ودقيق القمح اللين”.
وأضافت الوزارة أن التكلفة الإجمالية للمقاصة قد تصل الى 14.078 مليار درهم خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من عام 2021.
وجاء في التقرير أنه “مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار التكلفة المتوقعة لدعم المواد الغذائية ، فإن التكلفة الإجمالية يمكن أن تصل إلى نحو 14.078 مليار درهم بين يناير وشتنبر “.
وأوضحت الوزراة أن تكلفة دعم أسعار غاز البوتان يتوقع أن تصل الى 9.932 مليار درهم متم شتنبر 2021.وتأخذ هذه التقديرات في الاعتبار الكميات المعرضة لاستهلاك غاز البيوتان ، والتي تقدر بنحو 2.03 مليون طن.
وبحسب التقرير فإنه على أساس الاستهلاك المقدر بـ 915 ألف طن من السكر ، من المتوقع أن تصل نفقات دعم السكر المكرر إلى 2.61 مليار درهم بين يناير وشتنبر مقابل 2.46 مليار درهم قبل عام ، أي بزيادة قدرها 6 مليارات درهم.
وفيما يتعلق بدعم القمح اللين والدقيق فإنه من المتوقع أن تصل نفقات دعمهما إلى 1.46 مليار درهم، منها 428 مليون درهم لدعم القمح اللين المستورد خلال الفترة من 1 فبراير إلى 15 ماي 2021.
