ينعقد يوم الإثنين المقبل، مجلس للحكومة سيتم خلاله تدارس أربعة عشر مشروع مرسوم.
وذكر بلاغ لرئاسة الحكومة أن مشروع المرسوم الأول يتعلق بتطبيق المادتين 32 و35 من القانون المتعلق بالاستعمالات المشروعة للقنب الهندي، والثاني بتغيير المرسوم الصادر في شأن تمديد مدة سريان مفعول حالة الطوارئ الصحية بسائر أرجاء التراب الوطني لمواجهة تفشي فيروس كورونا – كوفيد 19، فيما تتعلق مشاريع المراسيم الأربعة الموالية بالتعيين في المناصب العليا والأجور والتعويضات المرتبطة بها بإدارات الجهات، وبإدارات العمالات والأقاليم، وبإدارات الجماعات والمقاطعات، وكذا بإدارات مؤسسات التعاون بين الجماعات ومجموعات الجماعات الترابية.
ويتعلق مشروع المرسوم السابع بتحديد دوائر نفوذ المحاكم المختصة في جرائم غسل الأموال، والثامن بتنظيم الهيئة الوطنية للمعلومات المالية، والتاسع بتحديد تأليف اللجنة الدائمة لتجديد وملاءمة المناهج والبرامج ومجموعات العمل المحدثة لديها وكيفيات سيرها، والعاشر بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم الصادر في شأن تطبيق القانون المتعلق بمزاولة مهنة الطب، والحادي عشر بتأليف لجنة تتبع مزاولة مهنة الطب من قبل الأجانب بالمغرب وكيفيات سيرها، والثاني عشر بارتفاقات الإخلاء المحدثة بجوار المطارات المفتوحة للملاحة الجوية، والثالث عشر بالارتفاقات الراديوكهربائية المحدثة بجوار معدات الاتصال والملاحة والمراقبة المرتبطة بالملاحة الجوية، فيما يتعلق مشروع المرسوم الأخير بتنظيم مراكز التخييم التابعة للسلطة الحكومية المكلفة بالشباب.
ويختم المجلس أشغاله بدراسة مقترحات تعيين في مناصب عليا طبقا لأحكام الفصل 92 من الدستور.
