ونحن على مشارف استحقاقات انتخابية عامة أولى من نوعها في المغرب تجمع بين ماهو تشريعي جهوي وجماعي، تنصب أنظار السياسيين وسماسرة الانتخابات وأتباع رؤساء المجالس الجماعية خاصة إلى كيفية التأثير على الناخبين واستجداء تعاطف الساكنة، وكنموذج واقعي يوضح بجلاء استغلال صفة المنتخب أو رئيس الجماعة، نضع بين أيدي القارئ ما تعيشه منطقة سيدي بابا وجه عروس بمدينة مكناس من فوضى عارمة ونقاش حاد حول من سيضمن لسماسرة الإنتخابات أكبر ربح مادي أو تحقيقا لمصلحة خاصة مؤقتة على حساب مصلحة الحي وساكنته.

ناهيك عن المطالب المنادية باحداث مقبرة جديدة لتعويض القديمة التي لم يعد فيها مكان لدفن موتى الحي، أو المطالب المنادية بتمكين حي سيدي بابا من حافلات النقل الحضري التي غابت عنه لأكثر من عقدين من الزمن، الخط 15 الذي كان يربط سيدي بابا بحمرية ومستشفى محمد الخامس، والخط 6 الرابط بين الحي والهديم مرورا بكلية العلوم والآداب.
