ذكر بلاغ للوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة الاستئناف بورزازات بأنه تم” فتح بحث قضائي دقيق تحت إشراف النيابة العامة عهد به للمركز القضائي للدرك الملكي بزاكورة”، وذلك بهدف كشف ملابسات العثور على جثة يُرجح أن تكون للطفلة نعيمة التي اختفت عن أسرتها لأزيد من شهر .
وحسب البلاغ الصادر عن النيابة العامة بمحكمة الاستئناف لورزازات، فقد “تم العثور على بقايا عظام بشرية صغيرة الحجم وبعض الملابس بأحد الجبال بمنطقة تفركالت نواحي أكدز مساء يوم السبت الماضي”.
كما أضاف البلاغ بأن البحث الذي سيتم فتحه سيسمح “بإجراء خبرة جينية على العظام البشرية التي تم العثور عليها لمعرفة الحمض النووي ولتحديد أسباب الوفاة”.
وفي الوقت الذي أكد فيه البلاغ بأنه سيتم مباشرة التحريات اللازمة لمعرفة ظروف وملابسات الواقعة، أكدت النيابة العامة أنها ستخبر الرأي العام بجميع المستجدات المتعلقة بهذه النازلة .
