تباحث رئيس الحكومة عزيز أخنوش، اليوم الأربعاء مع الملكة ماكسيما، التي تقوم بزيارة للمغرب بصفتها المستشارة الخاصة للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة لشؤون التمويل الشامل من أجل التنمية، وذلك في إطار دعم المنظمة الأممية للتقدم الذي أحرزه المغرب في مجال التمويل الشامل خلال السنوات الأخيرة.
وتناولت المباحثات سبل تطوير آليات الإدماج المالي بالمملكة، على الخصوص بالنسبة للنساء والساكنة القروية، والتجار الصغار، وذلك عبر تعزيز المعاملات المالية بالهاتف المحمول والتكنولوجيا المالية والتمويل الأخضر الشامل.
وفي هذا السياق، أكد رئيس الحكومة أن المملكة، التي حققت تقدما مهما على مستوى التمويل الشامل، ستواصل العمل على تطوير الولوج للخدمات المالية بالهاتف المحمول خاصة الفئات غير المستفيدة من الخدمات البنكية.
كما عبر رئيس الحكومة عن ترحيب الحكومة المغربية بدعم ومواكبة الهيئة الأممية في هذا الإطار، انسجاما مع التوجهات التنموية للمملكة.
وتطرق رئيس الحكومة في هذا الصدد إلى الاستراتيجية الرقمية الجديدة، التي تعرف المراحل الأخيرة من بلورتها، حيث ستعطي دفعة قوية لورش رقمنة الخدمات العمومية، بما فيها الشق المالي، بالموازاة مع الأشواط التي قطعتها الحكومة في تبسيط المساطر والإجراءات الإدارية.
وستساهم هذه الاستراتيجية من تعزيز الاقتصاد الرقمي والخدمات المالية في المغرب، حيث ستمكن من خلق مناصب الشغل والرفع من القيمة المضافة للخدمات، وتعزيز مؤهلات المملكة كمنصة رقمية جذابة للاستثمارات.
