شارك وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، عبد اللطيف ميراوي، مرفوقا بوفد يتكون من مسؤولين بالإدارة المركزية وأساتذة باحثين، في أشغال القمة العالمية للحكومات 2023، المنظمة بدبي، بالإمارات العربية المتحدة، في الفترة الممتدة ما بين 13 و15 فبراير 2023, تحت شعار “استشراف حكومات المستقبل”.
تخلل برنامج هذه القمة، مشاركة الوزير في مائدة مستديرة حول ”الأنظمة التعليمية: مستقبل التعليم العالي والتعلم مدى الحياة”، حيث أكد الوزير في كلمته على ضرورة تمكين الشباب من الكفاءات الأفقية وتقوية قدراتهم على التعلم وعلى التأقلم لاستشراف المستقبل.
هذا، وقد عقد الوزير خلال هذه القمة لقاء ثنائيا مع وزير دولة للذكاء الاصطناعي والاقتصاد الرقمي وتطبيقات العمل عن بعد بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، عمر بن سلطان العلماء، وكذا مع نظيره وزير التربية والتعليم، أحمد بالهول الفلاسي.
وعلى هامش هذا اللقاء الثاني، تم التوقيع على اتفاقية بين الطرفين تهم برنامجا تنفيذيا للتعاون في مجال التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، والذي سيشكل لا محالة دفعة قوية لتعزيز التعاون الثنائي بين البلدين، بالإضافة إلى تشجيع حركية الطلبة وتطوير مشاريع البحث العلمي في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
كما كانت هذه القمة مناسبة لتبادل الآراء والخبرات والتباحث بين السيد الوزير والعديد من كبار المسؤولين والخبراء.
هذا، وقد عرفت هذه القمة حضور العديد من الشخصيات الوازنة من رؤساء دول وحكومات ووزراء ومسؤولين رفيعي المستوى ورؤساء شركات وخبراء يمثلون أكتر من 150 دولة.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن القمة العالمية للحكومات تعتبر منصة عالمية تهدف إلى استشراف مستقبل الحكومات حول العالم، حيث تحدد لدى انعقادها سنوياً برنامج عمل حكومات المستقبل مع التركيز على تسخير التكنولوجيا والابتكار لمواجهة التحديات التي تواجه البشرية.
