أصدر الملك محمد السادس أمره بالعفو على مجموعة من الأشخاص، منهم المعتقلين ومنهم الموجودين في حالة سراح، المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة، بلغ مجموعهم 1769 شخصا، من بينهم عدد من الحالات الإنسانية والمتمثلة في المصابين بأمراض مستعصية والمسنين والحوامل والمرفقات وكذا الأحداث، شخصا موزعين كالآتي:
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة اعتقال وعددهم 1459 نزيلا وذلك على النحو التالي :
– العفو مما تبقى من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة : 74 نزيلا
– التخفيض من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة : 1375 نزيلا
– تحويل عقوبة الإعدام إلى السجن المؤبد لفائدة : 02 نزيلين إثنين
– تحويل السجن المؤبد إلى السجن المحدد لفائدة : 08 نزلاء
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة سراح وعددهم 310 شخصا وهم كالتالي :
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية أو مما تبقى منها لفائدة : 100 شخصا
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية مع إبقاء الغرامة لفائدة : 10 أشخاص
– العفو من الغرامة لفائدة : 190 شخصا
– العفو من عقوبتي الحبس والغرامة لفائدة : 10 أشخاص
