تم الاحتفاء بمؤرخ المملكة المغربية عبد الحق المريني خلال لقاء نظم الإثنين بمكناس بحضور ثلة من الأكاديميين والمثقفين.
وشكل هذا اللقاء، المنظم من قبل مؤسسة “يدا في يد للتنمية المستدامة بمكناس”، مناسبة لإبراز المسار المهني الحافل المريني والوظائف المتعددة التي تقلدها، وكذا الخدمات الجليلة التي أسداها للوطن.
وتميز اللقاء بإلقاء عدة شهادات من قبل مثقفين وأكاديميين مشاركين في حق المريني، أشادوا خلالها بعطاءات وإسهامات المحتفى به في مختلف الميادين.
يذكر أن المريني الذي رأى النور بالرباط سنة 1934، حاز على شهادة الإجازة في الآداب من كلية الآداب بالرباط سنة 1962. وفي سنة 1989 نال شهادة دكتوراه الدولة في الآداب من جامعة سيدي محمد بن عبد الله بفاس.
وإلى جانب اشتغاله في ميدان التعليم لسنوات عديدة، وتقلده مناصب عليا، فقد أصدر المريني عدة مؤلفات من بينها كتاب “الجيش المغربي عبر التاريخ” الذي صدر سنة 1968.
