تمكنت عناصر المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة فاس، زوال اليوم الجمعة، من توقيف مواطن هولندي يبلغ من العمر 73 سنة، كان يشكل موضوع نشرة حمراء صادرة عن المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية أنتربول، للاشتباه في تورطه في ارتكاب جريمة القتل العمد.
وذكر بلاغ للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني أن توقيف هذا الأجنبي المشتبه به يأتي في إطار انخراط مصالح المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني في علاقات التعاون الدولي في المجالات الأمنية، وتحديدا ملاحقة وتوقيف الأشخاص المبحوث عنهم على الصعيد الدولي.
وأضاف البلاغ أنه، وحسب المعلومات المتوفرة، فإن المعني بالأمر كان مبحوثا عنه بموجب نشرة حمراء لمنظمة الأنتربول صادرة بناءا على أمر دولي بإلقاء القبض صادر عن السلطات القضائية الهولندية، للاشتباه في تورطه في ارتكاب جريمة القتل العمد التي كانت ضحيتها زوجته في سنة 2010.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيه تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية بأمر من النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك في انتظار عرضه على السلطات القضائية المكلفة بالبت في طلبات تسليم المجرمين طبقا للنصوص القانونية الوطنية والاتفاقيات الدولية ذات الصلة.
