أسفرت العمليات الأمنية التي باشرتها ولاية أمن وجدة، خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين فاتح و26 أبريل الجاري، عن توقيف 2422 شخصا، من ضمنهم 2139 شخصا جرى ضبطهم في حالة تلبس بارتكاب جنايات وجنح مختلفة، و283 شخصا آخرين كانوا يشكلون موضوع مذكرات بحث على الصعيد الوطني صادرة عن السلطات القضائية.
وقد أسفرت عمليات التفتيش المنجزة في إطار هذه القضايا عن حجز 387 قرصا طبيا مخدرا و156 غراما من الكوكايين و17 كيلوغراما و348 غراما من الشيرا، علاوة على حجز 83 سلاحا أبيض و173 هاتف محمول فضلا عن حجز 25 سيارة و141 دراجة نارية يشتبه في استعمالها في ممارسة أنشطة إجرامية.
وتندرج هذه الحصيلة، في سياق العمليات الأمنية التي تباشرها مختلف المصالح والفرق التابعة لولاية أمن وجدة، وذلك بهدف الحد من مختلف المظاهر الإجرامية وتدعيم الإحساس بالأمن لدى المواطن.
