ترأس شكيب بنموسى وزير التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة، بمعية مصطفى بايتاس الوزير المنتدب لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، وبحضور امباركة بوعيدة رئيسة مجلس جهة كلميم واد نون، بالمقر المركزي للوزارة، مراسم توقيع اتفاقية شراكة لإحداث ملاعب للقرب بمجموع تراب جهة كلميم واد نون
وتأتي هاته الاتفاقية في إطار تعزيز البنيات التحتية وخاصة ملاعب القرب باعتبارها مشتلا لاكتشاف المواهب وتطويرها، ورافعة للعدالة المجالية، إضافة لكون الاستثمار في تطوير كرة القدم بالمغرب يعد آلية لإشعاع المملكة وتبويئها مكانة لائقة على المستوى العالمي.
وتهدف هذه الاتفاقية إلى احداث ملاعب للقرب بالوسطين القروي والحضري بمجموع تراب جهة كلميم واد نون، بغية إنعاش والنهوض بقطاع الرياضة بالجهة، وتشجيع ممارستها خصوصا من طرف الشباب، ذكورا وإناثا.
وسيمكن إنجاز هذه الملاعب من تجاوز بعض الإكراهات المتعلقة بتدبير هذه البنيات الرياضية، وذلك من خلال ضمان التنشيط الترابي لها عن طريق الجماعات الترابية وجمعيات المجتمع المدني المختصة، وكذا الانفتاح على النماذج التدبيرية الناجحة.
