فتحت المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة مراكش بحثا قضائيا تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، صباح يوم الأحد 2 أبريل الجاري، وذلك لتحديد كافة الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة لمفتش شرطة ممتاز، يعمل بدائرة أمنية بمراكش، والذي أطلق رصاصات من سلاحه الوظيفي في حق موظفين عموميين.
وحسب المعلومات الأولية للبحث، فقد استخدم موظف الشرطة المشتبه فيه سلاحه الوظيفي بشكل غير مشروع، مصيبا عون سلطة ورتبي من القوات المساعدة بإصابات جسدية عندما كانا في مهمة تتعلق بمراقبة مخالفات للتعمير منسوبة للشرطي المذكور.
وقد أسفرت التدخلات الأمنية المنجزة عن توقيف الشرطي المشتبه فيه، وحجز سلاحه الوظيفي وذخيرته، حيث تم إيداعه تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات وخلفيات ارتكاب هذا الفعل الإجرامي، بينما تم نقل المصابين للمستشفى لتلقي العلاجات الضرورية بسبب الإصابات الناجمة عن العيارات النارية المستخدمة.
وفي انتظار نتائج البحث القضائي الذي تشرف عليه النيابة العامة المختصة، أصدرت المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني قرارا يقضي بالتوقيف المؤقت عن العمل في مواجهة المعني بالأمر.
