استنكر مكتب غرفة الصناعة التقليدية لجهة فاس مكناس خلال اجتماعه الدوري المنعقد يوم الثلاثاء 11 أكتوبر 2022، الغرفة بشده الممارسات المشينة للجزائر وادعائها الكاذب بأن الزليج التقليدي ينتمي للصناعة التقليدية الجزائرية.

وحسب بلاغ الغرفة فإن ذلك يعد خرقا سافرا للاتفاقيات الدولية للحماية الفكرية ومحاولة فاشلة لطمس تاريخ الصناعة التقليدية والتآمر على الحضارة والثقافة المغربية.

ويؤكد أن حرفة الزليج التقليدي تعتبر من بين أهم الحرف التي تشهد على عظمة الحضارة المغربية التي تمتزج فيها الثقافات العربية والأندلسية والأمازيغية ، انتشرت بمختلف المدن المغربية القديمة من بينها مدينة فاس التي ارتبط اسمها بالزليج التقليدي، اعتبارا لتوفرها على صناع تقليديين مهرة يتوفرون على مهارات متميزة ودراية واسعة بمختلف مراحل الانتاج وأصبح الزليج الفاسي من أهم الحرف التي يفتخر بها المغرب داخل وخارج الوطن.
