نظمت الجبهة الوطنية للكرامة و حقوق اإلنسان يوم السبت 19 مارس 2022 مؤتمرها االستثنائي بمقر غرفة الصناعة التقليدية بمكناس.
مؤتمر قرر المكتب المسير أن يكون استثنائيا غير انه حضورا مكثفا لممثلي الفروع الجهوية و الإقليمية الذين تداولوا في العديد من الأمور التنظيمية المتعلقة بالجبهة.
و في كلمته افتتاحية أوضح إسماعيل الهياللي رئيس الجبهة أسباب الدعوة لهذا المؤتمر االستثنائي معزيا ذلك إلى ظروف الجائحة التي حالت دون توسيع الهيكلة إضافة إلى شغور عدة مناصب بالمكتب التنفيذي جراء غيابات متكررة للعديد من الأعضاء.
و بعد تلاوة التقريرين األدبي و المالي و مناقشتهما صادق المؤتمر عليهما بإجماع الحاضرين الذين صوتوا على ما تم عرضه عليهم من تعديالت في القانون الأساسي كما صوتوا بالإجماع على تجديد الثقة في إسماعيل الهياللي رئيسا الجبهة مع تفويضه صالحية تشكيل مكتبه.
