ينتظر أن ينعقد بعد غد الخميس، مجلس للحكومة برئاسة عزيز أخنوش رئيس الحكومة.
وذكر بلاغ لرئاسة الحكومة أن المجلس سيتتبع في بدايته عرضا للوزير المنتدب لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان حول حصيلة عمل الحكومة في علاقتها مع البرلمان خلال دورة أكتوبر للسنة التشريعية الأولى من الولاية التشريعية الحادية عشرة 2021-2022.
ويواصل المجلس أشغاله بدراسة خمسة مشاريع مراسيم، يتعلق الأول منها بتغيير المرسوم الصادر بتطبيق أحكام الظهير الشريف المعتبر بمثابة قانون المتعلق بالتنظيم القضائي للمملكة، والثاني بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم الصادر بتحديد عدد المحاكم التجارية ومحاكم الاستئناف التجارية ومقارها ودوائر اختصاصها.
ويتعلق مشروع المرسوم الثالث بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم الصادر بتطبيق القانون المحدثة بموجبه محاكم إدارية، والرابع بتحديد مقادير وكيفيات تخويل التعويض عن الوظيفة والتعويض عن التنقل لفائدة المقرر العام ورؤساء الوحدات باللجنة الوطنية للطلبيات العمومية، فيما يتعلق مشروع المرسوم الأخير بتتميم المرسوم الصادر بتطبيق القانون المتعلق بمجموعة المعهد العالي للتجارة وإدارة المقاولات.
ويختم المجلس أشغاله بدراسة مقترحات تعيين في مناصب عليا طبقا لأحكام الفصل 92 من الدستور.
