أفاد بلاغ صادر عن الهيئة الوطنية لمغاربة العالم وجريدة الوطنية بريس و تعاونية التواصل.كوم،بأنه تقرر تأجيل الندوة الوطنية المقرر تنظيمها يوم الجمعة 10 دجنبر بمدينة مكناس، حول موضوع “الصحراء المغربية بعد قرار مجلس الأمن الأخير وشرعية طرد البوليزاريو من الاتحاد الافريقي”، حتى تسمح الظروف الصحية الوطنية بذلك.
ويأتي قرار الجهات المنظمة للندوة استنادا على ما أورته الحكومة يوم الجمعة 3 دجنبر 2021 بمنع جميع المهرجانات والتظاهرات الثقافية والفنية، بناء على توصيات اللجنة العلمية المكلفة بتدبير جائحة كورونا.
وكان من المقرر أن يشارك مدير مختبر الدراسات الدستورية وتحليل الأزمات والسياسات ادريس الكريني النقاش بمداخلة له حول موضوع “تطورات قضية الصحراء المغربية على ضوء قرار مجلس الأمن الأخير”.
كما تمت برمجة مداخلة لعبد الرحمان بندياب رئيس المكتب التنفيذي للتحالف المدني لحقوق الإنسان تحت عنوان “أية أدوار للمجتمع المدني في دعم مقترح الحكم الذاتي بالصحراء المغربية”.
كما كان من المقرر أن يشارك حسن صابر، الباحث في السياسات العمومية الاجتماعية والتربوية والإطار بقطاع الشباب بالمديرية الجهوية فاس مكناس تصورا حول “الخطب الملكية و بلورة السياسات العمومية الديبلوماسية المغربية ومسارات انجازات –ملف قضية الصحراء المغربية نموذجا-“.
يشار إلى أن الندوة ستشهد حينما تسمح الظروف بتنظيمها تكريم وجوه اعلامية بارزة على الصعيد الوطني، حيث سيحلون ضيوفا على مدينة مكناس.
