قررت الحكومة اتخاذ مجموعة من التدابير، ابتداء من يوم غد الجمعة (فاتح أكتوبر)، وذلك تبعا لتوصيات اللجنة العلمية والتقنية، وأخذا بعين الاعتبار التحسن التدريجي في منحى الإصابة بفيروس كورونا بفضل التدابير المتخذة من طرف السلطات العمومية، وبالنظر للتقدم الكبير الذي تعرفه الحملة الوطنية للتلقيح.
وأوضح بلاغ أن هذه الإجراءات تشمل حظر التنقل الليلي على الصعيد الوطني من الساعة الحادية عشر ليلا إلى الساعة الخامسة صباحا، والسماح للأشخاص بالتنقل بين العمالات والأقاليم شريطة الإدلاء بشهادة ” جواز التلقيح “، أو الرخصة الإدارية للتنقل المسلمة من طرف السلطات الترابية المختصة.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته أن من ضمن التدابير الأخرى إغلاق المحلات التجارية والمطاعم والمقاهي على الساعة الحادية عشر ليلا، شريطة عدم تجاوز 50 في المائة من طاقتها الاستيعابية، وعدم تجاوز 75 في المائة من الطاقة الاستيعابية لوسائل النقل العمومي.
كما تشمل هاته التدابير السماح بتنظيم التجمعات والأنشطة في الفضاءات المفتوحة والمغلقة لأقل من 50 شخص، مع إلزامية الحصول على ترخيص من لدن السلطات المحلية في حالة تجاوز هذا العدد، والسماح للحمامات وقاعات الرياضة بالاشتغال في حدود 50 في المائة من طاقتهما الاستيعابية.
كما قررت الحكومة الإبقاء على جميع القيود الاحترازية الأخرى التي تم إقرارها سابقا في حالة الطوارئ الصحية
