أطلق المركز الجهوي للاستثمار طلب عروض حول انجاز دراسة تهدف الى بلورة استراتيجية للتموقع والتنمية الاقتصادية لجهة فاس مكناس في أفق 2030.
وتندرج هذه المبادرة، حسب المركز، في إطار تفعيل الإصلاح الجديد (قانون 18- 47) الرامي الى صياغة مخطط طموح لاطلاق دينامية قوية للاستثمار على صعيد الجهات.
ويروم المشروع إحداث قطائع ملموسة على مستوى الواقع التنموي للجهة من خلال ارساء ذكاء ترابي خلاق.
كما تهدف الدراسة الى ترصيد التراكم المسجل على مستوى الدراسات والتحليلات الترابية، المحلية والقطاعية، لاسيما من خلال برنامج التنمية الجهوية والمخطط الجهوي لاعداد التراب.
وتتيح أيضا تسطير رؤية واقعية بمحاور ذات أولوية للتنمية الاقتصادية للجهة، وكذا انعكاساتها الاستراتيجية على المدى المتوسط والطويل، وتحديد الأوراش الرئيسة التي يتعين الانخراط فيها وبلورة استراتيجيات فرعية لتثمين مؤهلات الجهة.
وتتطلع الدراسة الى مواكبة الفاعلين الاقتصاديين في النهوض بعروضهم وخدماتهم وتوفير عرض ترابي مندمج وتحفيز مقاولات وأنشطة وكفاءات جديدة في الجهة وتشخيص القطاعات الواعدة.
واعتبر المركز الجهوي للاستثمار أن الجهة تختزن مؤهلات كبرى ديموغرافية وسياحية وفلاحية وصناعية غير أن تثمين هذه المؤهلات يقتضي تموقعا استراتيجيا تجاه الدينامية القوية للنمو التي تعرفها المملكة والتنظيم الجديد لسلاسل القيمة العالمية.
