تطرح ساكنة حي سيدي بابا اسئلة ملحة حول سبب إهمال حيهم من اقامة فضاءات خضراء تليق بهذا الحي التاريخي الذي يتوسع عمرانيا بشكل كبير بعد زحف الإسمنت على الكثير من المساحات الفارغة، دون أن يوازي ذلك إنشاء حدائق ومساحات خضراء تضمن للساكنة راحتهم .؟؟ هل هذا الحي غير مبرمج ضمن المشاريع البيئية للعاصمة الاسماعيلية التي تعرف تشييد أوراش تنموية ملحوظة خلال السنين الأخيرة؟ لماذا أغفل المنتخبون هذا الحي من برامجهم التنموية؟ وتعد الفضاءات الخضراء من حدائق ومنتزهات الملاذ الساس للساكنة في صيف مكناس الحارق للتمتع بذلال أشجارها وتلطيف المناخ على الساكنة صيفا. إضافة إلى إعطاء منظر جميل ومبهج يليق بحي سيدي بابا… أسئلة نوجهها لممثلي الحي وللمجلس البلدي للاهتمام بهذا الحي ذي الكثافة السكانية المتزايدة ليلحق بركب ما تشهده مدينة مكناس من أحداث لفضاءات خضراء بالمدينة الاسماعيلية.
