جرى يوم أمس السبت مكناس، لقاء علميا خصص لتقديم قراءات في كتاب: الحكم الذاتي بالصحراء المغربية من مرحلة التدبير إلى مرحلة التغيير رؤية ملك وانتصار وحدة الوطن والأمة لكاتبه الدكتور ادريس ديداح.
اللقاء الذي عرف تكريم عامل عمالة مكناس عبد الغني الصبار، عامل عمالة مكناس، المنظم من طرف المركز الأطلسي للدراسات الاستراتيجية والتحليل الأمني بشراكة مع مؤسسة مغرب الجهات ومركز ابن رشد للدراسات القانونية المقارنة ومختبر الأبحاث والدراسات في التحولات القانونية والسياسية والمرصد الأكاديمي المغربي للوحدة والتعاون الدولي ومركز الدراسات في الحكامة والتنمية الترابية وبتنسيق مع عمالة مكناس وجامعة المولى اسماعيل.
يشار إلى أن الموعد العلمي شهد كذلك ثلة من الاساتذة والباحثين، من قبيل عبد الرحيم المنار السليمي،و نور الدين بالحداد، و محمد الخمسي، وجامع كلحسن، و خالد الغازي بحضور رئيس جهة فاس-مكناس ووالي أمن مكناس ورئيس جامعة مولاي اسماعيل وكذلك عميد كلية الأداب.
