قال المغربي طارق السكتيوي مدرب المنتخب العماني الأول لكرة القدم، اليوم الاثنين بمسقط، إنه سيعمل خلال المرحلة المقبلة على بناء هوية واضحة للمنتخب الع ماني وتشكيل فريق تنافسي قادر على تحقيق النتائج.
جاء ذلك خلال ندوة صحفية عقدها الاتحاد الع ماني لكرة القدم لتقديم المغربي طارق السكتيوي، مدربا للمنتخب العماني الأول لكرة القدم، والذي تم الإعلان عن التعاقد معه في الفترة المقبلة ولمدة 4 سنوات.
ونقلت وكالة الأنباء العمانية عن السكتيوي قوله إن تطوير كرة القدم الع مانية يتطلب تظافر الجهود من الجميع للوصول إلى الأهداف المنشودة.
وأوضح أن هذه المرحلة تشكل أهمية كبيرة بالنسبة له حيث سيعمل على الارتقاء بمستوى الكرة الع مانية من خلال التركيز على الجانبين البدني والفني للاعبين وتحقيق التوازن بين الدفاع والهجوم بما يسهم في إيجاد هوية فنية واضحة للمنتخب بالإضافة إلى تحسين التعامل مع المراكز داخل الملعب.
وتابع أن المرحلة المقبلة ستشهد اهتماما كبيرا بالمراحل السنية بهدف إعداد لاعبين قادرين على تمثيل المنتخب الأول بكفاءة في ظل ارتفاع معدل أعمار بعض اللاعبين الأمر الذي يستدعي الإحلال التدريجي وضخ عناصر شابة.
وخلص إلى أنه “يتواجد في هذه المهمة عن قناعة تامة وهي تحد له يسعى من خلاله لتحقيق الألقاب”، مشددا على أهمية العمل وفق استراتيجية واضحة تقوم على الانضباط وتحمل المسؤولية، من أجل الارتقاء بكرة القدم الع مانية.
