استقبل المدير العام للأمن الوطني ولمراقبة التراب الوطني عبد اللطيف حموشي، يومه الاثنين 30 مارس 2026 بمكتبه بالرباط، المفتش العام للشرطة بجمهورية ليبيريا كريكوري كوليمان، الذي كان مرفوقا بسفير بلاده المعتمد بالرباط، ومصحوبا بوفد أمني هام.
وتأتي هذه الزيارة في سياق رغبة مصالح الأمن بدولة ليبيريا في الاستفادة من التجربة المغربية في مختلف المجالات الأمنية، وكذا حرصها على ترصيد نجاحات هذه التجربة والاستئناس بها في تطوير البنيات الشرطية بجمهورية ليبيريا.
وخلال هذا اللقاء، عبّر المفتش العام للشرطة الليبيرية عن رغبته في تطوير التعاون والتنسيق مع قطب المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني والمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، من خلال الاستفادة من تجربة المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية في مجال مكافحة التطرف والإرهاب، وكذا تجربة الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية في مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة بجميع صورها وأشكالها، علاوة على استلهام واعتماد نفس التجربة المغربية في مجال تطوير مختبرات الشرطة العلمية والتقنية.
وتكريسا لهذه الرغبة المشتركة بضرورة تطوير التعاون المشترك في المجال الأمني، فقد اتفق الطرفان على إعداد مذكرة تفاهم ثنائية لتنظيم وتأطير التعاون في القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك، تسمح بتوسيع وتنويع مجالات ومستويات الشراكة الأمنية، في أفق توقيعها بالرباط بالتزامن مع الذكرى السبعين لتأسيس المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني في شهر ماي 2026.
وعلى صعيد آخر، استقبل المدير العام للأمن الوطني ولمراقبة التراب الوطني، زوال نفس اليوم الاثنين، سفير دولة أندونيسيا المعتمد بالرباط السيد يويو سوتيسنا.
وقد انصبّت مباحثات الطرفين على استعراض بعض القضايا والمواضيع ذات الاهتمام المشترك بين المملكة المغربية وأندونيسيا، بما في ذلك تفعيل وتنزيل الاتفاقيات ذات الصلة بالتعاون الثنائي، وكذا التوافق على إعداد مذكرة تفاهم مشتركة كإطار مرجعي لتطوير التعاون بين البلدين في المجال الأمني.
وتندرج هذه الاستقبالات والمباحثات الثنائية في سياق تدعيم انفتاح قطب المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني والمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني على مختلف الشركاء الدوليين والإقليميين، وكذا في إطار الحرص على توسيع وتنويع مختلف الشراكات الأمنية، وتبادل وتقاسم التجربة المغربية مع الأجهزة الأمنية في البلدان الصديقة والشقيقة.
