أفاد الإطار الممتاز السابق بمندوبية الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية بمكناس وخطيب الجمعة بمسجد السلطان محمد بن عبد الله الدكتور حسن الجامعي، بأن مندوبية الأوقاف تحرص على إعطاء تعليماتها للقيمين الدينيين من أجل منع ظاهرة التسول داخل المساجد.
وقال الدكتور حسن الجامعي، خلال حلوله ضيفا على برنامج “مساحة الفاعلين” الذي تُنتِجه جريدة الوطنية بريس وتنشر حلقاته على قناتها في اليوتيوب، بأن الإكراه الذي يواجهه القيمون الدينيون خلال ممارستهم لمهامهم يتمثل في اصطداماهم مع بعض المصلين ونشوب جدالات داخل المساجد، موضحا بأن التعليمات شيء وواقع الممارسة شيء آخر.
ووفقا لحسن الجامعي، فإن مندوبية الأوقاف تحرص على أن تكون الإجراءات القانونية للمخالفين هي آخر الحلول، مفضلة تدبير الأمور بشكل ودي يضمن ظروف أنسب للتعبد والتقرب إلى الله .
وفي معرض إجابته عن سؤال البرنامج المتعلق باستعدادات المندوبيات الجهوية لشهر رمضان، أفاد المتحدث بأن شهر رجب يكون موعدا قارا لصيانة المساجد وتأهيلها فضلا عن توفير أماكن بديلة معوضة للمساجد المقفلة للإصلاح.
وأضاف حسن الجامعي بأن مندوبية الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية بمكناس، تحرص بتنسيق مع المجلس العلمي المحلي على تنظيم لقاءات مع المشفعين المتطوعين لإحياء شهر رمضان فضلا دورات تكوينية للائمة والخطباء.
