ندد المكتب التنفيذي للمركز العالمي لحقوق الإنسان بالمغرب، بالمقاربة الانتقائية للسلطات المحلية بمنطقة سيدي بوزكري، في معالجة ظاهرة احتلال الملك العمومي بالمنطقة عكس ما هو عليه الأمر بمنطقة ب ج مولاي عمرمثلا
واستنكر المكتب خلال اجتماع الأخير المنعقد بالرباط، التساهل الفاضح للسلطات المحلية بسيدي بوزكري وبتواطئ مع بعض المنتخبين في انتشار البناء العشوائي، وما يترتب عنه من اخطار ومشاكل في التعمير.
وعبر المركز في بلاغ له عن رفضه للتصرفات الغير مسؤولة لبعض رجال السلطة بالمنطقة، والتي تتنافى مع المفهوم الجديد للسلطة، وتضرب في العمق مبادئ الشفافية والنزاهة والحياد في التعاطي مع قضايا الساكنة (مقاهي الشيشة، البناء العشوائي، احتلال الملك العام…).
كما أدانت الهيئة ذاتها التوظيف الانتخابي لمشاكل وحاجيات ساكنة منطقة سيدي بوزكري (مشكل الانارة، النظافة، التأهيل الحضري، دعم الجمعيات …)، من طرف بعض الأحزاب السياسية للفوز بمقاعد انتخابية.
واستغرب المركز في بلاغه ماتعرفه منطقة سيدي بوزكري من تهميش وعشوائية في التدبير والتسيير، بمقابل العناية المتزايدة والاهتمام الملموس بالمنطقة من عامل عمالة مكناس عبد الغني الصبار.
وسجل المركز العالمي لحقوق الإنسان رفضه المعالجة السياسوية لقضايا المواطنين مشيرا إلى أنه يحتفظ بحقه في اتخاذ كل الإجراءات الحقوقية والقضائية التي يخولها الدستور والقانون.
