تسبب ملف السكن الاجتماعي لموظفي وعمال جماعة مكناس في حالة من الاحتقان والامتعاض خلال انعقاد أشغال الجلسة الثانية للدورة العادية لشهر فبراير لمجلس جماعة مكناس.
واحتج عدد من الموظفين على الطريقة التي نوقشت بها هذه نقطة ، حيث تقرر تأجيلها إلى الجلسة الثالثة من الدورة و المقررة عقدها يوم الثلاثاء 17 فبراير 2026 ؛ قصد منح فرصة للتوافق والوصول إلى حل يرضي الجميع.
وحرص رئيس المجلس الجماعي عباس ألومغاري على تشكيل لجنة مؤقتة مكونة من ممثلي فرق المجلس، سيعهد لها التنسيق والتشاور مع مختلف المعنيين بهذا الملف.
يشار إلى أن النقطة رقم 22 من برنامج عمل الجماعة، موضوع الخلاف، تتعلق أساسا بالدراسة والموافقة على إلغاء المقررات المتعلقة بتفويت قطع أرضية لفائدة جمعية الأعمال الاجتماعية لموظفي وعمال جماعة مكناس مع برمجة مبلغ مالي قدره 6مليون درهم لفائدة هذه الجمعية لأجل تخصيصها كدعم للسكن.
ويعتبر ملف السكن الاجتماعي لموظفي وعمال الجماعة، هو نتيجة لعدد من التراكمات ابتدأت منذ سنة 1987، حيث لا يزال يراوح مكانه منذ ذلك الحين.
