أفادت المندوبية السامية للتخطيط، في مذكرتها الإخبارية حول وضعية سوق الشغل خلال سنة 2025، بأن الاقتصاد الوطني أحدث 193 ألف منصب شغل بين سنتي 2024 و2025.
وأوضحت المندوبية أن هذه الوضعية، جاءت نتيجة إحداث 203 آلاف منصب شغل بالوسط الحضري، وفقدان 10 آلاف منصب بالوسط القروي، مشيرة إلى أنه، حسب نوع الشغل، يرجع إحداث مناصب الشغل إلى ارتفاع الشغل المؤدى عنه بـ 249 ألف منصب وانخفاض الشغل غير المؤدى عنه بـ 55 ألف منصب شغل.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته، أن معدل النشاط عرف ما بين سنتي 2024 و2025، استقرارا في 43,5 في المئة، في حين تراجع هذا المعدل، حسب وسط الإقامة، بـ 0,4 نقطة بالوسط القروي، منتقلا إلى 46,1 في المئة، وارتفع بـ 0,2 نقطة بالوسط الحضري إلى 42,2 في المئة.
من جهة أخرى، عرف هذا المعدل شبه استقرار لدى كل من الرجال (من 68,6 في المئة إلى 68,5 في المئة ) والنساء (من 19,1 في المئة إلى 19 في المئة ).
ومن جهته، انتقل معدل الشغل من 37,7 في المئة إلى 37,8 المئة على المستوى الوطني، حيث سجل تراجعا بـ 0,3 نقطة بالوسط القروي، منتقلا إلى 43 في المئة، مقابل ارتفاع بـ 0,4 نقطة بالوسط الحضري، منتقلا إلى 35,3 في المئة.
وسجل هذا المعدل ارتفاعا بـ 0,4 نقطة في صفوف الرجال (من 60,7 في المئة إلى 61,1 في المئة) وانخفاضا بـ 0,2 نقطة في صفوف النساء (من 15,3 في المئة إلى 15,1 في المئة).
