فتحت الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية بحثا قضائيا تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، يومه الخميس 29 يناير الجاري، وذلك للتحقق من الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة لأربع وعشرين شخصا، من بينهم ستة شرطيين وستة موظفين في فرقة محلية لمراقبة التراب الوطني وعنصرين من الجمارك، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطهم في الامتناع عن القيام بعمل من أعمال وظيفتهم بغرض الارتشاء، واستغلال النفوذ والمشاركة في تهريب بضائع وسلع أجنبية .
وكانت مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني قد وفرت معلومات دقيقة حول شبهة
تورط بعض الموظفين في مخالفة إجراءات مراقبة عبور السلع والبضائع عبر ميناء طنجة المدينة، وذلك من خلال استغلال النفوذ عن طريق التدخل لفائدة الأشخاص لتفادي المراقبة الجمركية، مقابل عمولات مالية على سبيل الارتشاء.
وقد مكنت الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة من تشخيص العديد من الأشخاص الذين استفادوا من عمليات التواطؤ المفترضة، من أجل مخالفة عمليات المراقبة الجمركية، فضلا عن تحديد الموظفين الذين يشتبه في تورطهم في هذه المخالفات والأفعال الإجرامية المرتكبة.
وقد تم إخضاع جميع المشتبه فيهم لإجراءات البحث القضائي بأمر من النيابة العامة، لتحديد مستوى وحجم تورطهم في المخالفات والجرائم المرتكبة، كما تتواصل الأبحاث والتحريات للكشف عن جميع المساهمين والمشاركين والمستفيدين من الأفعال الإجرامية المسجلة.
