أوقفت فرقة مكافحة العصابات التابعة للمصلحة الجهوية للشرطة القضائية بالأمن الجهوي لمدينة الداخلة، بناء على معلومات دقيقة وفرتها مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، زوال اليوم الثلاثاء 30 دجنبر، سائق شاحنة وشخص آخر من ذوي السوابق القضائية، يبلغان من العمر 34و45 سنة، وذلك لاشتباه تورطهما في قضية تتعلق بنقل وترويج مخدر الشيرا.
وقد جرى توقيف المشتبه فيه الرئيسي بعد مباغثته فور تسلمه طردا من سائق الشاحنة المحملة بالمواد الغذائية، يضم مجموعة من صفائح مخدر الشيرا. كما مكنت عملية التفتيش التي بوشرت بداخل مسكنه عن حجز كمية أخرى من المخدر، ليبلغ مجموع كمية مخدر الشيرا المحجوزة حوالي خمس كيلوغرامات.
وقد تم وضع الموقوفَيْن تحت الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك من أجل تحديد الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة إلى كل واحد منهما، فيما تتواصل الأبحاث والتحريات قصد تحديد كافة الامتدادات المحتملة لهذا النشاط الإجرامي.
