استمعت عناصر الفرقة الوطنية بمدينة الدار البيضاء لرئيس المركز العالمي لحقوق الإنسان حمزة الراس إثر شكاية وضعها ضد المسمى هشام جيراندو ومن يسير على دربه.
و كتب حمزة الراس في تدوينة له على حسابه الشخصي بالفايسبوك “نحن كهيئة حقوقية يبقى من واجبنا التبليغ عن أي خلل قد يصيب دواليب و أمن المملكة المغربية الشريفة، نترافع ضد أعداء الوطن خارج المملكة و أخص بالذكر العدو الأكبر وأعداء الداخل الفاسدون و المتخابرون مع من يود زعزعة استقرار المملكة بالتطاول على رموزها و مؤسساتها و أجهزتها بسوء و طبعا من يهدم تنميتها من المفسيدين على اشكالهم..”.
وأضاف “نعم التبليغ عن خونة الوطن واجب وطني، لأنه يحمي الوطن وأمنه من أي تهديدات معادية تستغل ضعاف القلوب و لاهثين وراء اموال اعداء الوطن، كل هاذا يُعدّ التزامًا بالقانون واحترامًا للنظام. هذا الواجب يعكس حب الوطن والدفاع عنه، ويساهم في الحفاظ على استقراره وتقدمه…الباقي يدخل في خانة سرية البحث و التحقيق لكن عاجلا ستنقشع الغمامة على خونة المملكة أينما حلوا و ارتحلوا…”.
يشار إلى أن المركز العالمي لحقوق الإنسان كان قد وضع لدى وكيل الملك بمحكمة الاستئناف بالدار البيضاء والمحكمة الابتدائية بمكناس ،شكاية ضد المسمى هشام جيراندو ومن معه.
واتهم المركز، هشام جيراندو ومن معه بالتخابر ضد مصلحة الوطن ومؤسساته و المشاركة فيها وبث و توزيع وقائع و إدعائات كاذبة قصد المساس بالحياة الخاصة و التشهير و الإبتزاز وإنتحال صفة ينظمها القانون و النصب و الإحتيال.
