ارتفعت مبيعات السيارات الكهربائية والهجينة خلال العام الماضي 2024، في حين تراجعت مبيعات سيارات الاحتراق الداخلي، وهو ما يعكس حجم التغييرات العميقة التي تشهدها السوق مع تزايد شعبية المركبات الكهربائية وتحول خريطة المبيعات.
وبحسب تقرير، صادر عن وكالة الطاقة الدولية، اقتربت مبيعات السيارات العالمية من 80 مليون مركبة في سنة 2024، مرجعا هذا التعافي إلى السيارات الهجينة والكهربائية.
واستحوذت السيارات الكهربائية والهجينة على 45 في المائة من المبيعات، ما يعادل 24.1 مليون مركبة من إجمالي المبيعات العالمية، بينما تراجعت حصة سيارات الاحتراق الداخلي بنسبة 30 في المائة، نحو 54.8 مليون سيارة، منذ ذروتها في 2017 البالغة 79.9 مليون مركبة.
وتضاعفت مبيعات المركبات الكهربائية وحدها 14 مرة خلال الفترة ذاتها، لتتجاوز 20 في المائة من المبيعات العالمية في 2024.
وتستحوذ الصين والدول الناشئة على أكثر من نصف المبيعات العالمية، بعدما كانت لا تمثل سوى 20 في المائة خلال سنة 2000، في حين تراجع الإنتاج بالاقتصادات المتقدمة أو استقر خلال العقد الأخير.
وتمثل صناعة السيارات ركيزة أساسية لاقتصادات العالم، حيث تساهم بنحو 2 إلى 6 في المائة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في الدول الكبرى المنتجة للسيارات.
