في إطار الأنشطة الإشعاعية لجمعية رياض الإسماعيلية للتنمية والثقافة والرياضة بمدينة مكناس، نظمت ندوة علمية احتفالا بالانتصار الديبلوماسي الحاسم في مجلس الامن عشية يوم الجمعة 31 أكتوبر 2025 ، الذي تُوِّج بالقرار الأممي 2797 الذي أكد على أن الحكم الذاتي هو الخيار الوحيد و الأوحد تحت السيادة الوطنية المغربية…
و قد تفضل صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله و أيده بجعل يوم 31 أكتوبر عيدا وطنيا من كل سنة لما لهذا اليوم من دلالة واضحة على الانتصار الديبلوماسي.
و احتفالات بالذكرى الخمسون للمسيرة الخضراء المظفرة، التي هي محطة تأمل لانجازات صاحب الجلالة العظيمة و المثمرة في جميع المجالات الحيوية للبلاد.
و قد تم عَنْوَت الندوة بالعنوان التالي: ” قضية الاقاليم الجنوبية المغربية من تصفية الاستعمار إلى تصفية النزاع المفتعل “.
و قُسمت الندوة إلى محورين أساسيين كأرضية للنقاش و لإثراء المعلومات التاريخية و الدبلوماسية لقضية وحدتنا الترابية.
المحور الاول: نضال ملك وشعب المسيرة الخضراء استلهام الدروس و العبر.

المحور الثاني: انتصار الدبلوماسية المغربية الحاسم القرار الاممي 2797
قدمه الفاضل الدكتور عبدالإلاه شعيبى.
كما أُرفقت الندوة بمجموعة من المداخلات القيمة من طرف المشاركين و المنخرطين في الجمعية.
