صادقت لجنة المالية والتنمية الاقتصادية بمجلس النواب، في الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم الأربعاء، بالأغلبية، على الجزء الأول من مشروع قانون المالية لسنة 2026.
وحظي هذا الجزء من مشروع القانون بموافقة 24 نائبا، فيما عارضه عشرة نواب.
وبلغ عدد التعديلات التي تم تقديمها خلال هذه الجلسة، التي انعقدت بحضور الوزير المنتدب المكلف بالميزانية، فوزي لقجع، 350 تعديلا، منها 325 تعديلا للمعارضة، و23 تعديلا للأغلبية، وتعديلين قدمتهما الحكومة.
وكانت وزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية، نادية فتاح، قد أكدت خلال المناقشة العامة لمشروع قانون مالية 2026 أن السياق العام لإعداده يعكس مرحلة جديدة من الدينامية الاقتصادية الوطنية، حيث لم يعد النقاش منصبا على الصمود أو الخفض من آثار الأزمات، بل على تحقيق نمو مستدام وتنويع مصادر الثروة في ظل اقتصاد مغربي ناجح، يمضي قدما وفق رؤية استراتيجية طويلة الأمد.
وأضافت أن المغرب حقق نجاحا بارزا في الحفاظ على التوازنات الماكرو-اقتصادية وتعزيز السيادة المالية، بفضل الإصلاحات الجبائية وترشيد النفقات وتحسين تعبئة الموارد، ما مكن من تخفيض المديونية وتعزيز ثقة المؤسسات الدولية، مشيرة إلى أن هذه “المعطيات من شأنها جذب المزيد من المستثمرين العالميين”.
