ترأس عامل عمالة مكناس عبد الغني الصبار، صباح اليوم الثلاثاء، بالمركب التابع لأوقاف مكناس، لقاء تشاوريا يروم إعداد برنامج التنمية المندمج لعمالة مكناس.
وشكل اللقاء محطة أساسية للتشاور والتنسيق بين مختلف الفاعلين المحليين من سلطات منتخبة وإدارات ومؤسسات عمومية ومكونات المجتمع المدني، قصد بلورة تصور جماعي ومندمج لبرنامج تنموي يروم تحقيق العدالة المجالية وتثمين الموارد المحلية وتعزيز جاذبية إقليم مكناس كقطب تنموي مستدام.
ويأتي هذا اللقاء في إطار إعداد جيل جديد من برامج التنمية الترابية المندمجة الهادفة إلى تثمين الخصوصيات المحلية وترسيخ مبادئ الجهوية المتقدمة وتعزيز التكامل والتضامن بين الوحدات الترابية وضمان استفادة جميع المواطنين بشكل عادل من ثمار التنمية.
كما عُقد تنفيذا للتعليمات الملكية السامية بخصوص هذا الموضوع الواردة بخطاب العرش بتاريخ 29 يوليوز 2025، وكذا خطاب جلالته بتاريخ 10 أكتوبر 2025 بمناسبة افتتاح الدورة الأولى من السنة التشريعية الحادية عشرة الذي أكد من خلاله جلالة الملك حفظه الله على أن تحقيق تنمية متوازنة وشاملة يقتضي الاهتمام على حد سواء بالمناطق الجبلية والقروية والسواحل داعيا إلى مقاربة جديدة ومنصفة لهذه الفضاءات من أجل إبراز مؤهلاتها.
