أفادت وزيرة إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة، فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري، اليوم الاثنين بمجلس النواب، أن عدد المستفيدين من برنامج دعم السكن بلغ إلى حدود اليوم 71 ألفا و114 مستفيدا.
وأوضحت السيدة المنصوري، في معرض جوابها عن سؤال شفوي حول “الدعم المباشر للدولة في تملك سكن رئيسي”، أن 171 ألف مواطن قدموا طلبات الاستفادة من الدعم، مشيرة إلى أن 24 في المائة من المستفيدين مغاربة مقيمون بالخارج، و47 في المائة منهم نساء، و54 في المائة شباب تقل أعمارهم عن 40 سنة.
وأضافت أن 63 في المائة من المستفيدين حصلوا على دعم بقيمة 70 ألف درهم، في حين استفاد 37 في المائة من دعم بقيمة 100 ألف درهم، مبرزة أن المعدل الشهري لعدد المستفيدين انتقل من 2400 وحدة سنة 2024 إلى 3600 وحدة سنة 2025، ما يعكس، بحسب الوزيرة، الدينامية التي يعرفها القطاع.
كما سجلت مؤشرات إيجابية على المستوى الاقتصادي، تمثلت في ارتفاع مبيعات الإسمنت بـ 12,5 في المائة، وارتفاع القروض الموجهة للسكن بـ 3 في المائة، ونشاط المنعشين العقاريين بـ 7,58 في المائة، فضلا عن مساهمة المقاولات الصغرى بما يفوق 80 في المائة. كما ارتفع عدد مناصب الشغل في قطاع البناء والأشغال العمومية إلى 74 ألف منصب.
وشددت السيدة المنصوري على أن البرنامج مكن من تحقيق نتائج مهمة لغاية اليوم، مضيفة أن مشروع قانون المالية لسنة 2026 ينص على إمكانية استفادة الملاكين على الشياع من هذا الدعم.
