بلغ المتوسط الشهري الصافي للأجور في الوظيفة العمومية 10 آلاف و600 درهم سنة 2025، مسجلا تحسنا إجماليا بنسبة 43,6 في المائة خلال العقد الأخير، وفقا لتقرير الموارد البشرية المرفق بمشروع قانون المالية لسنة 2026.
وأوضح التقرير أنه “نتيجة عمليات الترقي السنوية للموظفين، وكذا الزيادات في الأجور التي أقرتها الحكومة لفائدة موظفي الدولة في إطار اتفاقات الحوار الاجتماعي، انتقل المتوسط الشهري الصافي للأجور بالوظيفة العمومية، خلال السنوات العشر الأخيرة (2015-2025)، من 7 آلاف و381 درهم سنة 2015 إلى 10 آلاف و600 درهم سنة 2025، مسجلا بذلك تحسنا إجماليا بلغت نسبته 43,6 في المائة خلال هذه الفترة، أي بمعدل ارتفاع سنوي قدره 3,7 في المائة”.
وبحسب سلالم الأجور، يضيف المصدر ذاته، بلغ المتوسط الشهري الصافي للأجور بالنسبة للموظفين المرتبين في السلم 6 وما يماثله، بلغ 5 آلاف و925 درهما، فيما بلغ 7 آلاف و238 درهما بالنسبة للموظفين المرتبين في السلالم من 7 إلى 9، و12 ألفا و484 درهما بالنسبة للمنتمين إلى فئة الأطر (السلم 10 فما فوق).
وسجل التقرير أن التوزيع حسب شرائح الأجور يظهر أن حوالي 10 في المائة من موظفي الدولة المدنيين يتقاضون أجرة شهرية صافية تتراوح بين 4 آلاف و500 درهم (الحد الأدنى للأجور) و6 آلاف درهم، في حين يتقاضى 38,44 في المائة أجرة شهرية صافية تقل أو تساوي 8 آلاف درهم، بينما تبلغ نسبة الموظفين الذين تتراوح أجورهم الصافية بين 6 آلاف و14 ألف درهم 71,34 في المائة.
